Terms of Service

Your use of our website or purchasing from us constitutes an acceptance of the Terms of Service listed below. We reserve the right to change the terms of service, our policies and pricing at any time.

Sales Tax

Items shipped to destinations within the state of California are subject to sales tax. Gift certificates are not subject to sales tax when purchased but sales tax may be due when using the Gift Certificate.

Shipping & Delivery

Items will be shipped according to the estimated time listed on their product page. For products that do not have an estimated time, the turn-around time is one week or less. This means that, if an order is placed on a Monday it will ship out or be available for pickup no later than the following Monday. If any time frame cannot be met for any reason, we will notify you. We offer rush service on some, but not all, items for an additional charge. Depending on the item selected, this can have the item ready for you in one or two days. It will be ready for pickup at our San Leandro production facility. Please call us for details. Your time to receive an item after it ships can vary based on the shipping courier and speed you select at checkout. Shipping times within the United States can range from one to nine business days depending on the courier. Please allow additional shipping time during the winter holiday season. All major carriers are subject to delay during this period. We are not liable for any economic or other damages due to late delivery.

Damaged Items

If your item(s) arrive damaged, please keep the items and all packaging. Contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or refund and also arrange for a pickup of the damaged items.


Image Panels, Frameless Mounting, Custom Framing, Custom Framing, Canvas Framing, Digital Printing, Limited Edition or Original Artwork and Prints: These items are produced uniquely for your order and are non-refundable.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. Do not return an item without notifying us. We cannot be responsible for or issue refunds for items returned to us without notification. You are responsible for the return shipping of your item(s). We strongly advise using a shipping method that allows tracking of your item(s). Once you have contacted us, please return your item(s) in their original packaging. Include either the packing list that was provided with your shipment or a copy of your receipt. Make sure we have a phone number and email address with which to contact you, once we receive your return. Without this information, we may be unable to process your refund.


Refunds for damaged items will be processed no later than 15 days from approval of your claim. Refunds for items that are returnable will be processed no later than 15 days from our receipt of your items. Refunds will be issued via a credit to the same credit card used for purchase. If that card is no longer available, you will be issued an in-store credit.

Items Damaged in Framing, Mounting and Handling

We will handle any artwork you send in or bring to us with the greatest care. However, there is always the risk of an item being damaged when being shipped, mounted, framed or handled. If damage does occur, we will do our best to repair or replace the item. We do not recommend mounting for items that cannot be replaced or which have high value. Mounting is a permanent process. In no case, will we be liable for any amount greater than $50.00 per item.

Item Availability

Our print and production on demand services are designed to insure that we can always create the items you have ordered.  However, there are rare cases where a supplier may run out of inventory or discontinue a product.  If this happens, we will notify you of the issue and give you options for your purchase. If the materials are available but on back order, we will notify you of the estimated time for us to receive the materials and complete your order.  You will have the option to cancel your order for a full refund or have the items shipped to you once we are able to complete the order.  If the materials are out of stock and discontinued or unable to be ordered, we will notify you and give you the option of a full refund or other options/materials that could be used to complete your order.

Wood Image Panels & Frameless Mounting Warranty

All of our wood Image Panels are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. This covers de-lamination, warping & brace detachment. Upon receiving the mount and determining a valid claim exists, we will repair, replace or provide a refund for the product at our sole discretion. In no case, will we be responsible for any amount greater than the original price of the mounting. Additionally, we will not be responsible for any damages, losses or expenses, directly or indirectly associated with the use of the mounting. Failure to follow the Display Mount Care Instructions may void this warranty.


How to Transport Mounts

You should protect the edges and corners of the mount when moving it. The corners and edges are particularly prone to damage. Packages containing multiple mounts should be arranged with the mounts face to face and back to back with a soft insert between the faces. We do not recommend leaving mounts in a hot vehicle for an extended period of time.

Cleaning your Image Panel

Unfinished Prints

For unfinished prints, extreme care must be taken when cleaning them. Depending on the paper, they may be very easily scratched even when using a soft cloth. If you have any doubts please contact us before attempting to clean these prints.

Sprayed Finish (Acrylic Lacquer)

This finish protects against light moisture, dust, finger prints, and airborne pollutants. A slightly damp, soft cloth can be safely used to wipe off the surface. The finish is thin, so only a light pressure should be used in cleaning the mount. Some papers may be susceptible to moisture. In these instances, clean them only with a dry cloth.

Laminated Finish

This finish protects against UV Radiation, water and moisture, dust, finger prints and airborne pollutants. These finishes are waterproof, so a damp, soft cloth can be used to wipe off the surface. The laminate finish is plastic, so it can be scratched. Avoid using household cleaners or abrasive cleaners on the surface to avoid scratching or discoloration of the plastic. Although the laminated finish is waterproof, the rest of the mount is not.

Proper Hanging of Mounts

Mounts, as with any artwork, should be kept out of direct sunlight to prevent fading. They should also be kept away from high heat, such as that from stoves, heaters or heater vents and hot cars. On the back of each mount is hanging system. This may include a keyhole, metal eyelet, “sawtooth” hanger, or cleat. Use one sturdy nail or screw, for each hanger or hanging hole. Depending on wall composition and the weight of the picture, a more elaborate hanging method may be necessary. Local hardware stores carry a variety of screw anchors, expansion bolts and toggle bolts that can be used instead of nails or screws. We do not recommend hanging your mount using a traditional picture frame wire and hook. This arrangement can put undue stress on the braces (for those mounts that have them) and in time can cause warping or delamination. The hanging systems provided are all that are necessary. If you are extremely concerned about hanging your mount, we also have special Security Hanger hardware available for high traffic areas or earthquake safety. Please feel free to contact us, if you have any questions or concerns about hanging your Image Panel or mount. With proper care, you will be able to enjoy it for many years to come.


All products are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This warranty covers the following, if caused by defective materials or workmanship: 1) the boards or braces themselves; 2) de-lamination of the image from the board; 3) de-lamination of the braces from the face board; and 4) de-lamination of decorative edge materials from the boards or braces, 5) failure of any materials before their rated lifespan.

Upon receiving a claim under this warranty, a copy of a receipt for the purchased item and the item itself, we will examine the items and, if we determine a valid claim exists, will either provide a refund, repair the item or replace the item at our sole discretion. However, in no case will we be liable for any amount greater than the original price of the items. Further, we shall not be responsible for any damages, losses or expenses, directly or indirectly associated with the failure or defective nature of the items.

All pricing is listed in U.S. Dollars and all purchases will be charged using U.S. Dollars.
